Information contained on this website is intended for an institutional presentation of the SPHEREA Group’s activities. Access to the website is subject to the conditions of use detailed hereafter. SPHEREA reserves the right to modify the content of the website at any time, and shall not be held liable for the consequences of such modifications.

In accordance with the GDPR and the « Data Protection Act » dated from January 6th 1978, modified in 2004, personal information likely to be communicated on our website by the User is mandatory to process the request and is intended for the use of SPHEREA. Personal Information may be communicated to third parties, only to satisfy legal and regulatory rights and obligations.
SPHEREA ensures the respect of the personal data of the website’s Users. This personal data is protected by the implementation of specific measures linked with each identified processing and a security policy at IT level.

T he website is normally accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Access to the site is free, excluding internet service providers and cost of phone communications which will be invoiced directly by the operators.



Governing Law And Jurisdiction

T he website and the content of the site www.myspherea.com is created under the French applicable regulations and is subject to French law. The User recognizes the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Toulouse- France.

Such projects, studies and documents will be returned to SPHEREA upon request and will be treated in confidence by Customer. They will not be communicated, reproduced or used for any other purpose than that for which they were remitted or sent to Customer, without the prior written consent of SPHEREA.

Only the Customer will be liable for any consequence of an infringement of the rights hereby granted by SPHEREA.
